The FunRaisers Terms and Conditions – Online Ordering

Welcome to The FunRaisers!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules for using our online ordering platform for fundraising projects (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fundraising Projects

• Ordering Process:Parents place orders directly through our secure online portal, and The FunRaisers collects payments.
• Commission Payments:Organisations receive commission on confirmed orders (excluding refunds/cancelled items) in January of each year via electronic transfer to the provided bank details.
• Commission Reconciliation:Estimated commission based on the initial project deadline is displayed on the portal. A final reconciliation in January determines the actual earned amount.
• Unclaimed Commission:Unclaimed commission due to missing bank details for over six months requires a written request and incurs a £5 processing fee. It is the organisers responsibility to ensure accurate bank details are entered.
• School Invoices:Schools won’t receive invoices as parents pay directly. Organisers can access purchase reports on the portal.

Organisers Responsibilities

• School Logo Upload:Uploading a school logo before the deadline ensures it appears on products.
• School/Class Information:Entering accurate school and class names is the Organisers responsibility. The FunRaisers is not liable for errors.
• Customer Service:Organisers have access to a dedicated phone number and email address for support.
• Reporting Missing/Damaged Goods:Report missing/damaged goods to The FunRaisers within 3 days of delivery at the school.

Parent Orders

• Online Ordering Only:Parents can only place orders through our online platform.
• Order Accuracy:Parents are responsible for entering correct names and selecting the appropriate class. The entered information will be printed on the items.
• Christmas Project Refunds:Unprinted Christmas project orders are eligible for refunds processed in January.
• Parent Communication:For efficiency, parents should first contact the Organiser for any inquiries.
• Delivery:All orders are shipped directly to the school.
• Missing Items:Report any missing items to the Organiser first. The Organiser is responsible for receiving and checking the delivery. They must then report missing items to The FunRaisers within 3 days.

Delivery & Collection

• Ordered products may arrive at the school in separate shipments due to different processing times.

Events Beyond Our Control

Products remain chargeable if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include but are not limited to strikes, riots, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.

In such cases:

• You will be notified as soon as possible.
• We will take all reasonable steps to minimise the delay.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders with refunds if production hasn’t begun or cannot be completed soon.
• Customers cannot request refunds for delayed products already manufactured or in the manufacturing process.

Artwork Retention

All original artwork materials are disposed of on February 1st each year. Unfortunately, we cannot return original artwork except in exceptional circumstances. Organisers should submit requests for artwork return.

Liability

• Consumer Rights & Custom Products:Custom-made products are not eligible for the standard 14-day cooling-off period. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Custom Products – Errors & Refunds:We cannot correct or refund custom products due to customer error. You can reorder a corrected product; discounts may apply in some cases.
• Consequential Losses:The FunRaisers is not liable for any consequential losses or compensation.
